Femboy Ghost is a rhythm-driven stealth title that casts you as a wandering spirit navigating a modern office. As the ghost, you learn to possess employees by matching their breathing patterns, use corruption as a growth currency, and tackle a four-tiered target structure that moves from regular staff to upper management.
About This Game
You are a ghost walking free around the office trying to possess each of the employees They can only be possessed when they are vulnerable, such as when they are sleeping, yawning or stretching. When possessed you must align your being with the rhythm of their breathing.
Upon success, you gain control of their body, though your influence is limited by their corruption level. Increasing corruption also grants experience points, which can be spent to upgrade your abilities.
The game features four distinct levels of targets: regular employees, managers, shareholders, and the president.
Gameplay Overview
The core loop of Femboy Ghost merges timing-based rhythm with classic stealth decision-making. You scout open office floors, observe NPC behavior for vulnerable moments like yawns and stretches, and initiate a possession sequence where matching the target’s breathing rhythm determines success.
The more successful your possessions become, the more influence and corruption you will gain, which in turn will unlock new options that change how you approach encounters. These encounters reward observation, precise timing and strategic choice over brute force, encouraging you to learn each target’s routines and exploit brief windows of vulnerability.
How to Play
- A / D – Navigate the office.
- Space – Initiate possession and match the breathing rhythm.
- Left Mouse Click + Hold – Open the radial menu to view available options.

Skill Stat Balancing
- Energy Efficiency – Regain Energy 20% faster and reduce work-related Energy loss by 10%.
- Corruption Surge – Spam-click interactions now grant +40% Corruption gain, but increase Energy loss by 10%.
- Energy Mastery – Reduces overall Energy loss by 25%.
- QTE Bonus – Successfully completing QTEs provides a 7% Corruption boost.

- New Skill: Go Lower Level – Unlock access to lower levels once an NPC is fully corrupted. (Currently under development.)
New Risk System
- Added Wandering NPCs that patrol lower levels.
- If they catch the player during pleasure interactions, a smash button minigame will trigger.
New Radial Menu
Removed “Possess Others” from the radial menu.
When Chain Possession is unlocked, the Ghost will now automatically exit the current body.
Heartbeat Minigame — Easy Mode
- Added an Easy Mode toggle for the heartbeat minigame.
- Easy Mode: Supports SPACE, mouse click, or touch input.
- Hard Mode: Requires multiple key inputs to progress.
End Day Button
- Added an End Day button, allowing players to skip the current day and reset possession status.
Lewd Scene Room Improvements
- Players can now directly call NPCs into the Lewd Scene Room for easier character combinations.
- NPCs can also be sent back to work or removed from the room at any time.
Stamina Upgrades
- Regular Upgrade – Cost: 1 | Grants +1 Stamina when Fully Corrupted
- Manager Upgrade – Cost: 4 | Grants +2 Stamina when Fully Corrupted
